Rhian Sheehan – “Part 03” Music Video

Releasing albums for the end of the year is like the Oscar push. Those put out too early, save for a few, generally get left behind in the dust by easily excitable individuals like myself. There are worse things that can happen in life, but the fact that I left off Rhian Sheehan’s absolutely majestic album “Standing In Silence” is just short of a travesty. This New Zealand genius released one of the most hauntingly beautiful albums of the year and this video for “Part 03” (one of my favorite tracks off the album) shows his ability to combine achingly soothing sounds with such a sense of urgency.
