Atelier Ciseaux, this is Paris, well a little bit. A small location called Romans in the south-east of France. And also Bordeaux. And, and, Montreal.
Atelier Ciseaux this is some kind of singing music. The kind you can never really sing. The one that can fascinate the waves. Ghosts, earthquakes, vinyls, screen-printed but always. A dvd-r and tapes.
We’re working more and more closer with our french label pals La Station Radar.
Love.
Atelier Ciseaux and La Station Radar are record labels based in France.

WOW, I can’t describe it.
“VRAIS NOMS”, “TRU MANES” 7″Mathemagic – “Breaststroke”
Climbing over a wire fence. Lying down at the bottom of a pool. Empty. Picturing the waves. On old-fashioned tiles. The sound of the ocean on cassette tape. Two contemporary ripples of a dark and/or bright shoegaze.
MATHEMAGIC / YOUNG PRISMS SPLIT 7″Jeans Wilder – “International Waters”
“I want to swim international waters with you. I want to die in your bedroom.” Pop melancholy for ghosts flirts. Intoxicating tracks able to captivate the waves. And the memories of that day spent with you.

Cole Furlow (along with drummer James Alexander Warren) builds D.I.Y tunes influenced by his native ground, the Mississippi state. A clever mix of lo-fi pop and “checked-free” grunge. A song that stick to your heart. And for a long time.
7″ CO-RELEASE WITH LA STATION RADARReading Rainbow – “Euphoria”
Tornado pop and lo-fi smiles. Thundery melodies and garage heartbreaks. Our bodies are being carried away by a non-existent storm.
SPLIT 7″ WITH COASTINGFrancois Virot – “Say Fiesta”
Oh-uh-ooh-oo-ooooooh ! A party on a roof in the midst of a forest. Weird folk, melancholic feelings and old friends. SAY FIESTA. A very very very special release for us because it was the first one.

Skulls on silk shirt. Dark, dark, dark. Keyboard worm by ’80s, pop romance, future combined with the past. A little hope striked out with a “tipp-ex” on a denim jacket.

Faded away postcard of an american dream wrapped in kraft paper bag. Rough pop ballads, destroying magnetic tapes, ghosts sounds. Losing everything here.
