Wild Beasts – “Albatross” Music Video

Hopefully this isn’t ridiculous music journalism, but I just want to take a quote the YouTube’s ever-so-painful-to-read-comments to sum up this video:

“Katy Perry lookalike + black swan vibe + great song + moustache = “win”

Though I wouldn’t personally describe this video as such, it certainly captures some highlights. An Aronofsky Black Swan vibe is very much present in this heavily dance-centered video for “Albatross.” Gorgeous and surreal, the general mood blends darkness and lightness — an atmospheric raincloud.

Reckless Spirits (2022) is a metaphysical, multi-lingual POC buddy comedy for a bleak new era, in anticipation of a feature-length project.

Vee is passionate about cultural space, the environment, and finding ways to covertly and overtly disrupt oppressive structures.
